Payment Options

At this time we do not accept insurance.  We have found that insurance co-pays are at or near our regular office fee of $30 and that, therefore, insurance is usually a moot point.  We will, however provide you with a receipt of payment for services that includes your diagnosis code and procedure codes that you may submit to your insurance company for possible re-imbursement.

We do not turn patients away even if our low office visit fee is impossible to afford.  Discuss your situation with Dr. Dockery and some sort of exchange can be arranged that will be suitable to your budget.
